Hi All:

First an admin note. If by chance you sent me an e-mail, and I did
not respond, please send again, or call me. I am now getting 3,289
e-mails a day average (over the last 22 days), and something may have
fallen through the cracks.

Today we continue with the series entitled "The Value of Industry
Influencers" in Business Tips Good tips on how to use them to sell
your products or services. Sometimes an endorsement is all that you
need. The tips did hit home with one list member, who asked for more
specifics in Member Posts.

I'm finishing up a two-year engagement and I am now looking for new
challenges. In answer to list member Richard Fallis in Member Posts,
I have listed some arenas where we have expertise. If you have
something of interest, I'd like to know about it. It's always fun to
help build a business.

I hope the greetings in native tongues have been helpful to you. I
remember one year being in the Caribbean, and walked into a store and
on the door was "Welcome" in 200+ languages. On the back of the
door, that you see when leaving, was "Thank You" in 200+
languages. When I asked the owner where he got them, he said at
E-Tailer's Digest site. Small world, eh? Check them out here.

Friday evening starts Chanukah, the festival of lights. I want to
wish those who celebrate a joyful Chanukah.

Now, let's get to everything for the retailer.

[2] Unique Products - Greetings in Your Language
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In today's world, thanks to communications and technology, global is
a neighborhood, as neighborhoods were at the beginning of last
century, albeit a much larger space. Just as your grandfather knew
his neighbors, so too should you know yours, no matter where they are
in the world.

Start out by saying "Welcome" in their native tongue. Then say
"Thank You" which are considered the two most important words in any
language. During the holidays wish folks who celebrate a "Merry
Christmas" in 250+ languages and a "Happy New Year" in their language
and dialect.

[3] Business Tips - The Value of Industry Influencers
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In ETD 1029 we started this series on how industry influencers can be
the type who merely add credibility to your company or product or
service, or they can take a more positive influential role and
actually recommend you to their clients. We discussed Don't waste
their time, Don't get nervous, Know your subject, What's in it for
them? and "I don't understand."
Let's continue with ...

[4] Member Post - The CPA Market
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
George, this is a market I have never considered. Acumium has a Web
Content Management System that is well....the best. Value packed.

I am assuming these CPA's are with the large consulting firms in
Toronto, Chicago, and New York. Any other information about this vertical?

And are you still acting as a CPA yourself in your current
incarnation? Tell me about yourself and what you do if you feel it
is relevant.

CPA firms are a great group to sell to, as are Lawyers. But you have
to know how to deal with them...
