Hi All:

We presented a business plan created with the Smart Business &
Marketing Plan to financing sources, and they were blown away. That
market research and financials really impressed them. Hopefully the
client will get the $2.5 million they are seeking. It's a great package.

Today we start a new series in Business Tips called "Business
Valuations." What if you want to sell, or borrow money? How do you
value your business?

We have some responses to list member Alan J. Zell query about POS
software. It may clear up some misconceptions that others may also
have. Check Member Posts.

Now, let's get to everything for the retailer.
