“Using Technology to Improve Your Bottom Line”
Presented to
Distributors and Importers
November 19, 2002
George Matyjewicz

Clifton, NJ -- A free seminar/workshop entitled “Using Technology to Improve Your Bottom Line” will be given to wholesale distributor executives on November 19, 2002 at two locations: Giftware Building, 225 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M or Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel, 2 Meadowlands Plaza (Route 3), East Rutherford, NJ from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

“Our experience has shown that executives who are educated in the use of technology are more successful than those who are not,” said Sy Fertig, President of The Systems House, the organizers of the seminar. “Hence we decided to organize a series of seminars with keynote speakers to educate executives.”

This seminar will be unusual... a step-by-step management-oriented course. It will cover basic requirements and provide real, authoritative guidelines by experts. There will be a "hands-on" session where you will be able to see for yourself, some of the alternatives that are available for your company with the greatest ROI.

This workshop is interactive, where you and your peers will learn what is the most cost-effective system available to you (ROI in nine months); taking the mystery out of EDI; barcode and RF warehousing made simple; executive reporting and what you need to manage your business; how to manage traffic, imports and LCs; the importance of managing relationships; sales reports are passé; decile reporting to improve sales; and more...

“We want to help you make your company more profitable, more efficient, more productive and more competitive in 2003,” said Fertig. “And we want you to avoid making costly mistakes by pouring more money into your existing technology system, or upgrading at the recommendation of the wrong people. You can do both by attending this free seminar/workshop designed to educate business owners and managers on how to profit with technology.”

The seminar/workshop was created for busy executives who may have existing computers and would like to know more about what is now available. The seminar will be conducted by George Matyjewicz, global management expert for three decades, noted author and columnist for Gifts & Decorative Accessories magazine, former President/General Manager of an international company, former Chief E-Commerce Officer at one of the world’s largest giftware manufacturers, former partner at one of the top 20 CPA firms in the US, and guest speaker at over 400 seminars worldwide in the past 15 years.
