Since eating can be a culinary delight, why should cooking be a chore?   It shouldn’t, says George & Phyllis Matyjewicz, two professionals who also like to cook, eat and laugh (sometimes about what they just cooked or ate). 

To all those people who enjoyed our cooking over the years, and told us to write a book, we did.  Now reach into your pockets, and fetch up some scheckles to buy the darn thing.  To those who have no idea who we are or what the hell this book is all about, buy it anyway.  We need the money. 

Seriously, we hope this book will bring some humor to your cooking, as we tried to relate funny instances about where we got the recipe or what happened that made us include it in the book.  We hope you will enjoy the recipes and the stories as much as we did writing them. 

The recipes have been accumulated over the years, and are made by both George and Phyllis.  George did the narration.
